We booked last minute and the owners were very accommodating with our selected dates and specific parking requirements. Natalia and Mike greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome. They made our stay a home away from home ensuring we had everything we needed. The property is safe (gated) and incredibly clean. We highly recommend !

Outstanding hosts. Natalya was so sweet and helpful with everything. Will go back anytime staying in Daytona. Location is perfect for anything you need to do. Amenities were awesome from fresh fruit, OJ and Milk in the fridge, to bath and towels.

This is a great place. Good location to restaurants (try El Tequila’s a block or two away!), close to beaches and museums. Also the apartment is clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We even used the playground when my grandsons came over for pizza one night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best quiet location we could have asked for. The rental was super clean and Mr. Mike was the greatest. How could you not love the coffee selection, fresh fruit and juice that was waiting on us for arrival. This 2 bedroom was perfect for us for the short stay.I will gladly recommend Mr. Mike's property to any of my other friends and gladly rebook with him after this first stay.

Great Location

Property manager is on site to give key, gate opener, and show you the property. Very friendly. Frequently asked if we needed anything and if all was ok. Apartment was gated and quiet. Short distance to Daytona beach and New Smyrna beach. Beach chairs and umbrella available. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed

Touring Palmer Chiropractic school w my daughter, this location was perfect. Everything was 10 minutes away. The beach, good restaurants, the school. The place was clean, bright, well appointed and comfortable. The little touches were noticable from the fruit in a basket, moisture lotion when we all burned day 2, to the book with history and things to do left for us. They even lent us beach chairs. I highly recommend.
