This 3 bedroom townhouse offers a Primary bedroom with king bed & full 4pc ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second full bath for the three bedrooms, and a half bath on the main level. The main floor features a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and overlooks the open concept dining/living rooms. The sofa in the living room folds out to a full bed with additional sleeping space for 2, for the option of sleeping up to 8 people total. We have a large series of doors that open up to the private lanai where you can soak up the afternoon sun with the western view the backyard offers. You'll find a personal hot tub, dining table/chairs and a set of loungers for you to relax after a busy day in the back lanai which is made nice and private with a large bamboo hedge behind the home. This home also has a stackable washer/dryer for your personal use. Fiber optics WIFI provides optimal speeds for all your streaming/gaming and work needs.

A starter kit of essentials is provided, giving you the chance to settle in, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.

Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment.

A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 8 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
