To ensure everything goes smoothly, please pay attention to the following house rules and notices:



Early check-in is available from 9:30 AM, subject to availability.



The reception is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage at our agency.



Noise is not permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath towels.



When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Take care with items that may damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit. All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



For garage use, it is necessary to provide the vehicle's make, color, and license plate number.
