House Rules

By booking this home, guests agree to the following house rules. These rules are in place to protect the property and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted.

Check-In / Check-Out

24-hour self check-in via keyless entry.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior approval is given.

Smoking Policy

No smoking of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is permitted inside the home.

Smoking is allowed outside only.

All cigarette butts and smoking debris must be picked up and properly disposed of.

Evidence of indoor smoking or failure to clean up outdoor smoking debris will result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets

Up to two small dogs under 20 lbs each are allowed.

Cats are not permitted.

Larger, well-behaved dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.

Approved larger dogs must remain off furniture, sofas, and beds at all times.

Pets must be supervised outdoors and cleaned up after.

Damage, excessive hair, odors, or rule violations related to pets may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Furniture & Property Care

Please treat the home and furnishings with care.

No furniture may be moved without prior approval.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

Garage

The two-car garage is not included in the rental.

It is used for owner storage and will remain locked at all times.

Tampering with or attempting to access the garage is prohibited.

Laundry & Linens

Towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. Two sets per bedroom are included.

Extra pillows and blankets are available in the home.

Additional towels or sheets are available upon request.

Misuse of laundry equipment or excessive staining may result in additional charges.

Checkout Instructions

Before departure, guests must:

Remove all trash from the home and place it in outdoor trash cans

Roll trash cans to the street

Pile used sheets and towels in front of the laundry room

Place used dishware in the dishwasher and run a cycle

Failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning fees.

Fire Safety & Safety Equipment

A fire extinguisher is mounted in the kitchen for emergency fire use only.

Any non-emergency use requiring cleanup or restoration will be charged.

The home is equipped with hardwired smoke detectors.

A carbon monoxide detector is located in the kitchen.

Do not tamper with any safety devices.

Noise & Neighborhood

This is a quiet residential area.

Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Outdoor Areas

The fenced backyard is provided for guest use.

Guests are responsible for supervising pets and children at all times.

Outdoor furniture must not be moved outside the fenced area.

Length of Stay

Maximum stay is 30 days at a time.

For stays approaching or exceeding 30 days, a professional cleaning is required between 30-day periods.

Extended stays beyond 30 days are considered case-by-case with prior approval.

Damages & Fees

Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations.

Additional charges may apply for:

Smoking violations

Pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

Fire extinguisher misuse

Failure to follow checkout instructions

Unauthorized guests or pets
