This 2 bedroom, fully self contained, ocean front apartment is positioned in a quieter pocket of the Esplanade in the Victor town centre enjoying stunning sea and coastal views from two levels. You can pull up, throw the anchor over and see the sights of Victor. You don’t need your car to get places; everything is within walking distance.
This art deco style circa 1937 home has been tastefully restored and extended maintaining high ceilings throughout, original features, stunning timber floors and elegant lighting. The apartment comprises the two downstairs ocean front rooms (configured as a dining room and lounge room), with small kitchen (insert description of kitchen facilities), plus two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a wide verandah and deck to enjoy the magnificent ocean view to Granite Island.
A classic timber staircase leads upstairs to the extra large big bedrooms, both with spectacular sea views. The first floor balcony also boasts glorious sea, bay, beach, Bluff and island views.
The property is in the Victor Harbor town centre, so close to cafes (try the Larder just a short walk down the esplanade), pubs, shops, and major attractions such as Granite Island, the Cockle Train and the SA Whale Centre. There is a Farmers Market on Saturday mornings in Victor Harbor and a Sunday market in the nearby esplanade park.
The property sleeps 4 people and the bedroom configuration is:
Bedroom 1: King Bed – sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: King Bed – sleeps 2
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied
Upstairs bedrooms have split system air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. There is a smart TV in the downstairs living room and WIFI throughout. Parking is available on the street in front of the property or in the public car parks directly across the road.(the driveway is not available for guest use).
The apartment is separated from the main house by two locked (on both sides) internal doors. The owner resides in the back house - but all facilities are completely separate. Pets are not permitted.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
