Just a short seven-minute stroll to the beach, horse-drawn tram, cafés, playgrounds, shops, and scenic Inman River trails, this light-filled cottage is perfectly positioned for an easy seaside escape with family, friends, and your dog.



The Space:

Behind the charming picket fence, you’ll find a peaceful single-level home designed for comfort and convenience. The bright living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the coast, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, board games, and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort.



The adjoining dining space and fully equipped kitchen make staying in just as enjoyable as heading out, with everything you need to prepare meals, morning coffees, or relaxed dinners after the beach. Outside, the private undercover patio and fully fenced garden offer a peaceful space for BBQs, outdoor dining, and relaxed time while kids and pets enjoy the secure yard.



The home comfortably sleeps families, couples, or small groups, with a queen bed in the master and a second bedroom featuring a tri-bunk with a double bed below and single above. The spacious bathroom and separate toilet include wide access and support rails, while the home’s single-level layout makes it especially practical for guests seeking easier mobility and accessibility throughout their stay.



Additional features include free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, off-street parking, and the fully fenced pet-friendly yard so everyone can feel at home.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

This home is family and child friendly.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
