Es bietet 2 sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer mit einem luxuriösen Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und eine romantische Himmelbett-Königin im zweiten gleich großen Schlafzimmer, beide mit vollen Kleiderschränken.

Die Schlafzimmer führen in die brandneue moderne Küche und Essbereich mit großem Teakholz Esstisch für 8 und offene Gas-Kaminfeuer. Alle ausgelegt auf Französisch Provinz Dekor.
Das schlanke weiße Küche mit Marmor gestalteten Tischplatten ist mit voller Kühlschrank, und Konvektion Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld
Das Bad hat auch mit regen Dusche und Marmor-Stil Fliesen vor kurzem aufgerüstet.

Es gibt einen separaten Aufenthaltsraum, mit 3 übergroßen Wildledersitzgruppe, mit einem 42-Zoll-LCD mit DVD, CD-Player mit einer Sammlung von DVDs und CDs.
Sowohl das Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer haben Französisch Türen, die auf den Essbereich im Freien in der schönen Garten mit Webber Grill führen. Es gibt große Tür aus Ess-Einstellung oder Sie können wählen, in der Ansicht in den beiden Designer Hampton Stühle zum Entspannen und nehmen.

The cottage is stylish with lovely garden and views, but does not have enough kitchen facilities for 4 to self cater. No basics eg salt pepper, oil. Not a problem for locals driving but anyone flying from elsewhere will not wish to bring these. Only two v small saucepans and one small/medium. No frying pan (only a large and dirty electric fryer). A combi microwave/oven but no instructions on how to adjust oven temperature. The VRBO listing says there is a hot-tub - not present

Thank you for review, we have been listed on VBRO and Stayz for over 15 years and have never had a hot tub at the property. I have looked at the description again and still unable to see where that is listed. Sorry for any disappointment. The kitchen is lilsted as a galley kitchen and has amenities to cook with for 2 to 4 guests adequately and we are very fortunate to be 2 minutes drive from the shops that stay open from 8am to 10pm at night. There are also many fabulous eateries in the area. We also offer breakfast hampers if requestsed. We will revise the ammenities in the kitchen to see if any further equipment can be provided. Thanks

2 stories to accomodation

The property was lovely. Bedroom 1 has a nice bed and view and room 2 has a nice bed also. The property has 2 levels, the pictures listed are of the bottom level. We stayed 4 nights and 2 nights the owners were not home but on the last 2 nights the owners were home and living above us which we were not advised of and made the remainder of the stay uncomfortable. We were after a peacful stay but couldnt sleep in because we could hear people moving upstairs. Had we known previously we would not have booked. No weber or hot tub to use as listed on the site. Quiet dissapointed that the details listed on stayz does not reflect accuratly.

Cape view cottage Kangaroo Island

This Hosts communication and welcome is terrific, which is especially important as the Island will be an unfamiliar area for many. The cottage is clean, welcoming and well appointed and really IS just 10 meters from the beach! The beach view is beautiful from most of the areas of the cottage and the delightful back garden is a treat. Whilst the cottage is on the smaller side, the front and back outdoor areas more than make up for this.

Just gorgeous

We had a beautiful 2 days away for our anniversary, Thankyou. Very cute apartment, views were stunning, close walk to the beach and into victor harbor. Everything you needed was provided, including books, magazines and movies. Shame we did not get around to trying the port and chocolates. Not long enough.

Absolutely stunning

Gorgeous property with huge bedrooms, exceptionally comfortable king in the master bedroom that we were able to enjoy the ocean views out the window from. Also views from the dining room were we enjoyed our breakfast hamper from as well as views from the super comfy lounge room. Wonderful place to relax and unwind, enjoy stunning views and beautiful decor. Fabulous !!!

Thank you Julian, we are pleased to let you know that we have also now have a newly upgraded kitchen and bathroom. They are both in similar styles with marble style tiles and bench tops. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower to relax with. The kitchen now has induction cook top as well as the convection microwave and full fridge. It is very sheek and goes well with the french style decor. Hope you can come again and enjoy the new amenities or try one of our other properties. Thanks again. Julia
