The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, dine, and unwind together. Outside, the private patio overlooks lush fairways and offers beautiful mountain views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.



The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven with a king bed, en-suite bath, and direct access to the patio. The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, perfect for friends or family. The second bedroom offers a King bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 full size beds. Other highlights include 3 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and an attached garage.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
