Great Palm Valley condo with wonderful view of the water feature at the 4th hole of the course. This is truly a “home away from home” – ready for you to make it your own.

From the private entry courtyard to the wonderful view from the living room & master bedroom this condo offers everything you could want and more -- a fully equipped gourmet kitchen; brand new gas BBQ and patio seating; new flat screen TV’s in all the rooms; free WI-FI; three ample sized bedrooms (a king size bed, queen size bed and pair of twin beds) with their own private baths; fully equipped private laundry facilities; and a half bath for guests.

Palm Valley Country Club is centrally located in the Coachella Valley – just a short distance to the many shopping & dining attractions for which Palm Desert is famous – El Paseo Drive, The River in Rancho Mirage, The Living Desert and more. My friends and I love this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, the kitchen has all the conveniences and stacked with spices and condiments. The grounds is very well maintained and has great views. The location is very convenient. The owner is very responsive to inquiries. We plan to stay here the next time we come for BNP Paribas.

Very spacious and love that each room has an en suite. Main TV was basically unwatchable, but a new one was delivered as we were leaving. Enjoyed the guest access to the CC facilities…tennis and pickleball courts. Large pool is just one door down.

Nice stay on golf course

Was a very nice clean stay . Very well equipped kitchen …close to shopping easy access. Best feature all rooms have thier own private bathroom .

Check in was very easy. The place was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything you need (with exception of only 1 dish towel). Also lots of storage room in the closets and dressers. The bbq grill had a gas leak which was repaired very quickly by the property manager. The freezer works as long as you have a large bag of ice in it to keep things cold. My main concerns are the living room TV has terrible picture quality. The outside dining table could be replaced and there is a lack of hand towels (also some of the hand towel hardware is missing in the bathrooms). Make sure you bring all your soaps, shampoo, etc…The location is fantastic, easy walk to the clubhouse for golfing, as well as getting in and out of the country club complex. It’s a very easy drive to stores, parks, Indian Wells, El Paseo (for shopping, dining, galleries, etc). Views from the patio are wonderful.

Great stay!

Loved the home and amenities. Clean and super easy check in. It is in a gated community so my group and I felt safe getting back to the house late at night. Communication was great as well. Needed an early check in to accommodate our event, and host was gracious enough to accommodate us. I would definitely come back!

Great Time

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We feel very comfortable and at home. The location is just beautiful. While there I needed one small thing repaired, I notified the property owner and it was fixed immediately. Everyone is looking forward to returning next year. Same place and property. Thanks Michael

Perfect location

We really loved this property. It was very close to where our other family was staying and it was amazing to walk between them. There were some expired condiments in the fridge and the kitchen cabinets were also pretty dirty inside, but overall it was clean. The worst part was if anyone turned on water in another area the toilets would make a loud noise which scared our kids and made it hard to sleep.

Can’t Wait To Return

We loved our stay, what a nice property. There were 3 small complaints. We couldn’t get the bedroom televisions to work, the refrigerator wasn’t very cold and last the sliding door to the patio was hard to open. We are looking forward to renting the same property next year. Thanks

Better than expected!!

The entire unit was spotless. Rooms are lovely and big with large walk-in closets. The beds were extremely comfortable (had the best sleep of my life). Everything you needed for cooking was available in the fully equipped kitchen. We have been in many rentals over previous 25 years, but thi is by far the most opulent and spotless rental. We will definitely return! Thank you 😊

Lovely property overlooking the golf course

This was a large, well equipped property located in a nice complex. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the patio lovely. There was an abundance of space for myself and two friends to spread out. The management company was good to deal with although I did not learn of the checkin info until I was at the airport. I guess my only complaint would be that it takes a while to get hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this property.

The home is lovely, unfortunately the refrigerator and freezer were broken - the house manager just brought over a cooler and that was it. I emailed the management company my unhappiness with the house manager and never heard from anyone.

Beautiful home and great location

Over all I give this property a 10. But there are a few things that I think would be helpful improvements. More hand towels in the bathrooms. There were plenty of big towels. Dish towels in the kitchen, we were using bath towels to dry dishes. Fix the slider to the patio as it was VERY hard to open. We had to wait and work around the cleaners for quit some time to be able to really unpack and get settled. But with all this said, I would definitely rent this house again. Nicely decorated and patio was cool by 4:00 to sit out and watch the baby ducks and geese.

Unhappy Customers

All outside furniture was extremely dusty and corrosive and was unable to be used. (All should have stayed covered). Television programming remotes and systems were terrible to operate. Bedrooms had several remotes that were frustrating to use. Tvs worked but extremely outdated. Very unhappy and would not recommend to anyone as a home away from home. I requested a partial refund but was denied.

Mislead and disappointed

The home itself is lovely. But the "new flat screen TVs" were not Smart TVs so no streaming available. Two of the bedroom TVs did not receive a signal and one of bedrooms had 6 remote controls for a TV that did not receive a signal. When mgmt was contacted, they were unfamiliar with the TVs, offered to get help from owner and did not call back. Back up mgmt was in Orange Cty and of no help. There were no fireplace matches to light the fireplace, no dish soap or potholders, no bar or liquid soap in the bathrooms. We have stayed in at least a half dozen VRBOs in the Palm Springs area and this by far was the most disappointing. It was poorly equipment (lowly Mr. Coffee) and had no simple kitchen staples like sugar.
