Welcome to our home! Our beautiful Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1700 sf ft. single level condo in Palm Valley CC is located on a quiet culdesac with a pool and spa right across the street! Great location only 2 blocks from the Clubhouse and Tennis & Pickleball courts.

This beautifully remodeled home fully stocked has an open floor plan, stunning kitchen with quartz countertops, all new stainless steel Bosch appliances. Three bedrooms give your guests plenty of space and privacy. Beautifully decorated modern and comfortable. Included are (3) large Smart TV’s. Living room has a 75” smart TV, Master Bedroom 65” as well as an additional TV in one of the guest rooms. New Sealy Hybrid mattress and luxury linens for a great night sleep! Free Wi-Fi and Hotwire cable package. Full size washer and dryer, double car garage, and electronic key pad for easy check in.

The golf course patio features comfortable seating and beautiful golf course views of the 18th fairway. The private front patio features comfortable seating and enjoy the gas BBQ. Enjoy the perks of club membership you can use our Tennis & Athletic membership to enjoy tennis/pickle ball, and the palm valley clubhouse state-of-the-art athletic complex, health spa and beauty salon, and restaurants.

Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of desert life. Palm Valley the fun club offers a getaway for any occasion! 24-hour guard gated community, just a 5-minute drive to local stores and attractions. Enjoy a weekend getaway or long-term rentals.

We loved staying at Michelle's home at Palm Valley Country Club. The home is decorated beautifully, with plenty of room for 6 people. We only had four (2 couples) so we had room to spare. The kitchen is well-stocked with every cooking supply you might need. The living room and primary bedroom each have a lovely view of the golf course. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Wonderful stay!

Michelle’s property is beautiful. Plenty of space. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and each couple had their own room and bathroom. Michelle is very responsive, I had to reach out a couple times and she wrote back immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Girls weekend!

We stayed at Michelle's place to celebrate a weekend with the girls. We loved how roomy and bright the condo was and the easy proximity to all of the amenities that the club had to offer. All of the staff was very welcoming! Kitchen had everything we needed, we could have used a larger coffee pot but made it work! Thank you for helping to create a wonderful memorable weekend for all of us.

Quiet location on the golf course

Very comfortable condo/home. A quiet location on gated community with nicely equipped kitchen and 6 burner grill we used most days. Enjoyed a guest athletic club membership for $30/week per person. We used everyday after golf with a full range of weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Nice pool, tennis and pickleball courts outside. Would stay again.

Home Base

We returned + retreated to this lovely home while we attended a conference in the area for a second year in a row. Our time was truly delightful, and the 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms made it a perfect fit for 5 adults - 3 couples last year...and next ;) The pride of ownership is clear in the cleanliness + care, and all the touches made for a very comfortable stay. Michelle, the owner, is an amazing communicator and prompt with all responses. We will definitely be back!

Michelle is a great host, immediately responsive to messages in the house was set up well to make things comfortable and easy and straightforward. Any questions that we had she got back to me immediately, and is very sweet and pleasant to work with. The house itself is wonderful, modern light, and airy with a huge, workable kitchen, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light and well laid down where the rooms are separate. Each bedroom has its own attached bath, which made it easy as a family. The condo is situated well at the end of a cul-de-sac, right across from the pool, and the backside looks out over to gorgeous golf course stretch – beautiful plants and flowers and trees as well. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, despite having two parents get the flu during our visit and needing rest and care. The only improvement that I can think of that might help in future stays, as if, especially in the second and third bedrooms, if there could be a mid-level blanket (not too light and not a heavy duvet) that would help in the sleeping arrangements. But the beds were very comfortable otherwise.We will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Excellent property, well equipped, everything seemed new and in good condition. The host made sure we had an excellent stay and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful neighborhood. Loved the hummingbirds buzzing around the back patio. Very useful to have access to the country club tennis and pickleball courts. Will look to return next year.

Beautiful and clean condo. facing the golf course. Michelle was quick to respond to any questions, issues. 3 baths, each having a hair dryer, loved the 4 slice toaster and keurig coffee maker. The grounds keepers on the golf course start early, like 7am. If you're a light sleeper. Within 30 to 60 minutes of most sites, hikes, attractions.

Great Family Gathering Place

This was one of the best-if not the best-rental experiences my family and I ever had. The place is as advertised - newly remodeled throughout, comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen appliances are higher quality with all the comfort gadgets- kcup and French press coffee machines, wine cooler, toaster oven- as well as plenty of nice earthenware, glasses and cutlery. As nice as the place is, the host Michelle is even better! She is super responsive and accommodating. Michelle makes you feel like you’re part of her family! Great place to stay if you want to enjoy country club amenities or explore the Coachella valley.

Outstanding

We were six adults: two parents, our kids and their partners. The accommodation could not be better. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, lots of privacy. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked. If you decide to cook, you will be happy with all the tools you have at your disposal. I want to go home and remodel my kitchen so that it is as nice as this one. The seating area in the living room easily accommodated everyone; the outdoor furniture was comfortable, the pool across the street had a hot tub that was hot enough for my very picky husband. The BBQ was clean and worked properly. The communication with the owner was superb. I don’t know what else to say, except Thank you. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home.

Beautiful home and great location

Perfect for our needs during a tennis tournament nearby. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the separation between the 3 en suite bedrooms. The use of the fitness center and tennis courts were few-based, and hours of the facilities were very limited. The community spa/pool areas are clean and no one was using them; when the spa closest to our unit was broken we were able to use others on the property. The condo is located very close to industrial train tracks which abut the development. You cannot talk above the train noise if you are outside. Inside the train is easily heard in the living room and master bedroom, but it is more of a white noise sound, similar to freeway traffic noise. The bedrooms in the front of the property are very quiet.. We would stay here again. It is a good value.
