Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior renovations and repairs. While we do not expect major disruption to your stay, there may be construction noise during working hours, hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work-related sounds. There will be limited amenity access as outlined.

• Parking: No front row parking

• Beach Access's, Tower 1, Tower 2, Lagoon Pool, regardless of tower, must use one of these Beach Access's.

Remodeled High-Quality Kitchen and 2 New Bathrooms
BEST FLOOR PLAN ON THE BEACH! ALL ROOMS OCEAN FRONT! This is a low-floor unit in Tower 3, offering stunning views and easy access to the resort amenities.
This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is 1,400 square feet, providing plenty of space to relax. Free wireless internet (WiFi) included.
The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully remodeled with high-quality cabinets, granite countertops, tile flooring, upgraded faucets, and modern appliances.
This condo has two master bedrooms:
• Master 1: King bed, walk-in shower, double vanity, and direct balcony access.
• Master 2: Two queen beds, oversized garden tub, double vanity, and direct balcony access.
The unit also includes a washer and dryer and comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests.
Long Beach Resort Amenities: Beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7,500 sq ft lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1,300 feet of private powder-white beach frontage, and 24-hour gated security. On-site activities include beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet-ski rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, and more.

Great unit - just as pictured

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach. The unit was awesome and the view is amazing. It was our first time in area and folks had us worried about spring breakers. However, this resort wasn’t crazy or loud or anything like that. Gated parking and generally we saw all families/couples etc. Wewould absolutely stay here again!

Trip cut short!

We love Longbeach Resort. We have been coming here & have stayed in every tower. Everyone has been different. We did miss not having a Kerrigan coffee pot in this unit, but we made it work. The hurricane reports on Helene kept saying Panama Beach might be hit, so we decided to leave early Wednesday morning. Will be back for sure, love the walks on the beach & the sunsets on the balcony are breath taking!

Hoped for a bit better

Pros: 3rd floor is great. Amazing view with spectacular sunsets, layout of the condo is perfect. Both bedrooms have TV'S, ceiling fans and even an extra box fan. Furniture on the patio is top notch.Cons: mold in washing machine and the closet. Floors were filthy. We had to either wear our shoes or socks or.. have black feet. Stains in couch and mattress. Found used qtips im bathroom, old receipts under the dresser. Light bulbs were out and none to replace them,fire sprinklers covered with OLD dust and dirt.. etc etc. No, i did not contact the manager. It was my daughter's wedding that week. We were going a mile a min. And I literally did not have time. Then again, I shouldn't have had to. Its a nice olace, but it needs some love and care for sure.

Great complex!

We will definitely stay at Long Beach again! We rented a two bedroom condo. Both bedrooms face the ocean with both bedrooms having their own door to the expansive balcony. The bedrooms were HUGE with floor to ceiling windows. The water pressure in the master bedroom shower was exceptional! I didn’t want to get out! (It’s the little things!) Overall, the condo itself does need a facelift as it is dated, however it has a comfortable feel. Master bed needs replacing. Had a dishwasher leak, however Bill was very attentive and easy to work with from beginning to end! We absolutely loved the complex and the location. With security personnel at the gate entrance 24/7, it gave us a very secure feeling! Parking was super easy. No crossovers to walk!! The beach was an easy, short walk. There are 4 towers. We stayed in Tower 4 which does not have a pool, however Tower 3 does. The main pool is nearest to Tower 1, so if the pool is a big deal to you, I would stay in Tower 1 or 3. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Disappointing

Having stayed at Long Beach Resort previously, although a different unit, our expectations were high. After our first night there our experience was much different. The unit itself appeared a bit more dated and not as clean and bright as our previous unit. Then my son discovered roaches in the bathroom. We have been traveling and stayed in hundreds of hotels/condos, etc for over 30 years, including multiple trips to Florida. Never once encountered roaches! Made a few calls to the property manager who was supposed to send out someone to remedy the situation. Never happened. My son spent his week at the beach sleeping out in the living room away from the bugs. We purchased a few roach traps and barricaded the door. The resort itself seemed a bit more rundown than we remembered. Pool was only skimmed once that we saw, hot tub had only one working jet, gate to the beach was broken. Just a disappointing week. We will come back to PCB but will stay somewhere different.

I am very sorry to hear you saw some Palmetto bugs in the condo. LONG BEACH RESORT does spray all the condos, inside and outside on a regular schedule however it can still happen anywhere. They are in the entire Southeast USA.

Beautiful condo very convenient to beach access

This condo is beautiful with floor to ceiling wall to wall windows in both bedrooms and the main areas. The access to the beach was very convenient. We had the last set of charis at the end of the property for the weeks stay and it still didn't feel like much of a walk. The property is wide so the beach was not at all overcrowded like the property next door that had canopys 4 rows deep from the water. The 2 smaller pools were decent nothing fancy but the lagoon pool was beautiful. We never had an issue finding chairs when we used the pools. The lagoon pool did close early all week because the lights werent working. My only cons were that there were floor to ceiling mirrors on one wall in every room. This only sucked because my 3 yr old would not keep her hands off of them She learned how to clean mirrors during our stay! I wouldn't describe the kitchen remodel as nice as they did many of the cabinet doors didnt line up right and you had to close them a certain way to get both to shut all the way. Pots and pans available were so-so and there was only 1 plastic spatula/turner. Nothing major we couldn't deal with. The host was great at communicating and the property is in a perfect location near lots of things to do and places to eat.

Loved this condo and property

Perfect condo for our spring break trip to PCB with our two teens. Loved the layout - both bedrooms faced the beach, and both with doors to balcony. Nicely furnished with comfy beds. Very clean, nice showers, and a great space to relax. Owners cover the cost of a set of beach loungers (go to the beach hut on the first morning to select your chairs for the week), and they also have a bevy of beach accessories for guest use in the bedroom closet...chairs, beach toys, umbrella, etc. Property itself is great - lots of families, wonderful pools, especially the larger main pool with the bar&grill. We always found open chairs in both the sun and shade. Beach is gorgeous, and lively but not too crowded at this property. Just next door toward Pineapple Willy's is the college hang-out with throngs of people on the beach, but this condo is in tower 4 which is the farthest from that madness, so it wasn't even noticeable. No wait for the elevators, even during spring break, but we easily used the stairs as well, being on 3rd floor. As this condo isn't as high up as some, you will hear a bit of usual condo noise in the morning with early risers going in and out of the gate and chairs scooting on the balconies, but nothing major compared to most condos, and nothing earplugs won't drown out. The property location was perfect - in the middle of the fun, but down the strip from the crazy traffic and not far from Schooners and the quiet end. Great communication with host.

Review of Stay July 2023

In general, we would give this location a solid B-, for these reasons. 1. All the sinks were clogged when we arrived. The bathtub was completely clogged and the shower switch did not work. However, after calling owner, plumber came out next day and corrected all the issues. 2. Dehumidifier hose came loose from drain, causing a puddle of water to form in living room. Fixed by moving hose back into drain and mopping up water. 3. Disappointed with bed pillows. Master bedroom, with king size bed, comes with only 2 small pillows; 8 other pillows were in closet, but with no pillow cases. Why not 2 pillows per person?? 4. Only 1 large towel / person + 1 hand towel / bathroom. Had to use damp towels after shower. 5. No fault of the owner: This unit, on 3rd floor, is close to the gate to ocean. There was a loose metal slat on the door that slammed very loud each time door closed. Taking a nap on balcony was out of the question. We complained twice to main office; nothing was done. 6. No fault of owner: 1 of 2 elevators was out the last 3 days, which made exiting the property on Saturday a nightmare. Not sure what the problem was, but both elevators MUST work on Saturday! Despite these issues, we did have a good time, and the 2 pools were nice (especially with 2 children). Easy walk to beach; beach was beautiful! Overall, it was a nice stay. Would consider coming back, but to a condo away from the gate.
