This three bed, two bath home is fully fenced and totally private, situated near downtown Joshua Tree in the Friendly Hills neighborhood.

- Pool is open year round and can be heated for a fee in cooler months to 85 degrees (requires 48 hours notice and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay):

May/September: $150 per night
October and April: $200 per night
November - March: $250 per night

- Pickleball court with paddles and balls provided

- Kitchen equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and fully stocked cookware

BEDROOMS

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed with large closet and en suite bath with standing shower.

The second king bedroom is also spacious with a large closet and full bath across the hall.

The third bedroom doubles as a media room and has trundle sofa beds that fold out to four twins with extra linens provided.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms with handcrafted tile and standing showers.

KITCHEN & DINING
This modern kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and entertain: baking sheets, pots, pans, plates, platters, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, gas stove and dishwasher.

It also includes a drip coffee maker, French Press and ground coffee for your morning cuppa.

The indoor dining table comfortably seats six or your can fit eight at the outdoor dining table.

Parking available for 5 vehicles in the driveway.

- Dining room fireplace is unsafe and therefore
off limits to guests.

- Events and commercial photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. Unauthorized commercial shoots (including social media branding shoots) are subject to a $5000/day fee for each night of your stay. Bottom line: just ask! :)

- DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized. If you bring your pet, you will be provided with lint brushes, sheets to put over furniture, a dog bed and poop bags. If our cleaners have to clean pet hair off furniture, pick up pet waste or clean up a pet accident, you will be billed a minimum of $50.

Early Check-in 2pm: $35.00
