The pool is open until 10pm

The workout facility is open 24/7

The downstairs amenities such as the art room, music room, theater, game room, lounge, are open daily 8am - 4pm.

We also have private working/desk spaces which are open until 4pm daily and do not require a reservation. They are first come, first served but there are plenty available.

There also is a Vending Machine room on the 2nd floor not far from our unit where you can buy drinks, snacks, and even some more substantial meals for the microwave.

✔Please do not attempt to open the owners closet or kitchen cabinet, they have locks on them and are not for guest access.

notice a mild smell from the materials. This is entirely normal and not harmful. If you are sensitive to smells, this unit may not be the best fit. Setting the air conditioning to a higher setting can help improve airflow and reduce any scent within the unit.

The building is located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, where the dynamic city life includes the presence of some unhoused individuals in the
surrounding area. This is common in many downtown areas and they are generally harmless. For your safety and peace of mind, the building is equipped with 24/7 security, CCTV cameras, and dedicated night personnel who patrol and monitor the premises.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! We use a web-based system called Truvi,. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or no-refundable damage waiver fee. These must be completed before your stay. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Verification data is used solely for security purposes and is not stored or shared.

What to Expect before booking:
✓We welcome dogs up to 25lbs with prior approval and daily pet fee. Please keep pets off all furniture and clean up after them. Failure to pic up after your pets, or damage will result in an additional pet fee.

✓This is true downtown living. Being centrally located means a lively, urban atmosphere — city sounds, foot traffic, and activity are part of the experience. Sound travels differently in the city and ambient noise may be present.

✓Our downtown Dallas neighborhood is diverse and evolving, and you’ll encounter people from all walks of life. Although generally safe, you may notice an active urban environment, including a visible homeless population.

✔ Historic Charm: The building is a restored historic property. Windows cannot be opened due to preservation rules, and some guests notice faint odors from old sealing materials.

✔ Elevators: As with many older buildings, elevators sometimes require maintenance. Delays are rare, but possible.

✔ Due to the urban location and building age, refunds cannot be provided for noise, city activity, or scent preferences.

✔ Please note that building amenities are managed by the building, so we are not responsible if any are closed, under maintenance, or unavailable during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
