The Space:
Welcome to our sophisticated Dallas bungalow remodeled in 2022!

Step inside to the modern living space which has a desirable open concept perfect for large groups allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a fireplace (non-operable), mounted TV, and ample seating. Plenty of room for families and holiday gatherings.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, and kitchen appliances. Abundant counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the breakfast bar or large dining table!

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and an additional versatile 4th bedroom/living space in guest cottage.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the back yard. A beautiful king-size canopy bed, large dresser, black out curtains, large mounted TV, and highly rated memory foam mattress and sheets await you. Spa-like ensuite bathroom and closet attached.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) overlooks the backyard and has a king size bed suitable for up to two guests, highly rated memory foam mattress, dresser, mounted TV, plus plenty of room for storage.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) has 2 full size beds, highly rated memory foam mattress, mounted TV, closet, and cozy desk/workstation.

Bedroom 4/Guest Cottage (sleeps 2) features a queen size bed, highly rated memory foam mattress, mounted TV, reclining chair, kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, microwave, bistro table and chairs, coffee maker, dining ware, full bathroom with sink and shower.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite bathroom off bedroom 1 with rain head shower system and double sinks.

Bathroom 2: Located off the hallway between bedrooms 2 and 3. It has a combo bathtub/shower and rain shower head.

Bathroom 3: Located in guest cottage and has stand up shower with rain shower system, sprayers, and single basin sink, full length mirrors with attached closet.

The backyard retreat features a HUGE covered patio perfect for entertaining, comfortable lounge seating, dining table and chairs, hot tub with lights and waterfall, outdoor ceiling fans and string lights. Enjoy watching your favorite movies, shows, and sports games outdoors on the large 65” mounted TV. Stay in and cook with an outdoor gas BBQ grill (propane tank included). Beautiful mature treed yard with lush landscaping provides a tranquil atmosphere for relaxing in the big city. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole and bocce ball.

All 6 large screen Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. There is also cable access to many stations.

Access code and check-in instructions will be provided 1-day prior to check-in.

The Hansel is located in a quiet neighborhood great for taking daily walks or a bike ride.

The Hansel is centered in the Medial District, close to major hospitals such as Parkland, Scottish Rite, UT Southwestern Medical Center, American Airlines Center, Airports, Market Hall, Uptown, Oaklawn, and Dallas night life.

Other Things to Note:
Friendly pups are welcome but must be approved first (2 pet max). Please reach out if booking with pets. There is a $50 fee per pet charged separate.
