Upon entering the home, guests will be greeted by a light and bright living room furnished with plenty of comfy seating and a flatscreen TV - an ideal spot to watch the big game or unwind after a day at Spring Training. Step into a sun-drenched living room where plush furnishings invite you to relax with a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV for your favorite shows or the exhilarating final innings of a Spring Training game.



Around the corner is a lovely open and modern kitchen. The cook in the group will enjoy whipping up home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is your canvas with every tool at your disposal—from premium cookware to a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary Starbucks pods for your morning java fix. Prefer to dine alfresco? There is a mini fridge and built-in BBQ outside – the perfect spot to prepare and grill some burgers for the crew.

The primary bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa couch, and a desk - ideal for any kids needing a quiet space to do some homework or anyone working remotely. Drift into restful slumber in the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed adorned with 1,200-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Children or group travelers can cozy up in the second bedroom's full-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom doubles as a workspace with a desk, making remote work seamless. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with modern decor and a flatscreen TV, creating personal retreats. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.



The home also has a washer and dryer. Throw in a load after hitting the trails at Usery Mountain Regional Park or spending a day at Sagura Lake.
