Freshly remodeled desert-chic styled home in the middle of Tempe in the central part of the Valley. Location is less than a 10 min drive to Mill Ave, ASU, and Downtown Tempe. 12 min drive to PHX Sky Harbor Airport, and perfectly in the middle of I-10, US 60 and the 101 Price Freeways. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus & a moderate walk to the light rail. Nearby: ASU, Cactus League MLB, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cardinals practice facility. I respond to all inquiries within a few hours.

This property is absolutely fantastic! It's in a quiet neighborhood and the pool and entire backyard are a great place to relax. There is also a lot of great space inside to escape the heat by cooking or playing board games. We loved it. It was an effortless check-in and the place was very clean. We will definitely plan another visit here soon.

Another fantastic stay in Tempe!

In town to celebrate a December ASU graduation and had another fantastic stay at this special property. Heated pool was a bonus! Proximity to ASU and plenty to do close by.

Loved the pool, it was beautiful. Shocked that there were so many towels! There are never enough in most Vrbo’s! Everything was as advertised, except the two twin beds is really a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. I was not able to put my 89 year old mother in the trundle bed, which was too close to the floor. We never found any futons, my sister had to sleep on the couch one night. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were glad to see that there were extra spices and coffee and oil and stuff that are sort of staples. We had a great time! It is a beautiful home.

Fantastic Property and Great Location in Tempe!

I was visiting my son who is a senior at ASU for a long weekend and we really enjoyed spending some quality time together at Casa Las Palmas. The property was very clean and modern with a wonderful pool and outside area. Proximity to ASU and the Tempe area was perfectly close. The owner was very responsive to questions and we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next trip at this fantastic property!

Family Visit

We came to town to visit family, we thought it would be easier to rent a place with a big kitchen and a pool then try to squeeze into my aunt and uncle’s home. This place was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to hangout and catch up and we spent hrs in the pool. The host was very responsive and left clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Our only complaint is that the beds are a little too firm for our liking but all in all this place was everything we needed. We would definitely book again in the future and we 10 out of 10 recommend.

Cute decor and awesome pool

Loved the layout of the house. Beautiful decor. Great space for friends to gather. Loved the outdoor space with the pool. Dog friendly was a huge plus! Saw some bikes in the garage but we were there in summer and too hot to ride. House is close to Tempe Marketplace and we had a lot of fun there.

Extra Innings Festival

What a fabulous trip. This house was a perfect fit for our travels. Plenty of room, beds are so comfy, the pool was a huge hit. The backyard is where we hung out most of the time while we were at the house. David was very helpful and responsive. He knows the area well. Will check to see if this property is available for any future trips to Tempe.

Spacious but cozy, clean and good location

This was a great house. Well-appointed with everything you would expect from a rental home and more. Great kitchen and the outside was an oasis. We most appreciated the owner was responsive - only question we had was how to turn out string lights and he answered right away. We didn’t feel like we were being watched or checked up on. It was truly a home away from home. Conveniently located near ASU campus. We were here for the annual Rock N Roll Marathon and it was the perfect location and house for our stay.

Exceptional in Tempe!

This place is nothing short of exceptional! Several sitting areas & everything looks near new. Decor is very nice & beds are so so comfy. You will not find a better stocked kitchen. Everything & anything plus more is there. The pool is very clean and has plentiful toys for the kids. My grandson swam every day. David is quick to message back with any questions. We were there and had 5 people stay and 2 more visitors and there is no shortage of space. Highly recommend!!!!!

House is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking with some spices and lots of utensils. There is lots of seating and it’s pretty. Bedrooms were comfortable a nicely decorated. Outdoors was lovely with patio set for outside dining, chairs to sit and enjoy coffee, and lounges by the pool. Nice grill for grilling. Great place to spend time in Arizona. Close to everything.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We have family in Arizona and it was great spending time with them for Thanksgiving. This VRBO was a perfect size for our family and is very clean with simple instructions for check in and check out. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home!

This was a lovely property for a family stay. We were in town for an ice hockey tournament. First of all, the host, David responded to all questions prior to our stay in a very timely fashion. He provided a comprehensive guide about the home. David even reached out on day 2 to inquire if everything was going okay! The home is decorated nicely and so very well stocked. David and Dulce have thought of every detail, unlike any other VRBO I've ever stayed at. We enjoyed the ability to gather, swim in the heated pool, and relax. A wonderful vacation home. Thank you!

Excellent!

We were dropping our son off at ASU and found this house to be the perfect vacation spot/home base for trips back and forth to ASU's campus. Great location to stores, restaurants and more. The house is decorated beautifully. The backyard is great and was a personal highlight as we enjoyed our swim and relax by the pool time. The owner (David) had great communication and allowed us a late checkout since our flight departing late at night and no guests were arriving the next day. A great VRBO experience!

Fabulous house, great location, perfect in every way

This house has been one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. Very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were... beach towels, hairdryers, kitchen gadgets, paper towels, extra blankets, pillows etc. The LP tank ran out & there was an extra one! David was also the most responsive owner that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Text messages answered almost instantly. The home is just beautiful & very, very clean...pictures are very accurate. We enjoyed the home Feb 17-25 so we had the pool heated, very happy with that decision, we were able to use the pool 4 straight days....there’s plenty of pool toys also & a pump to pump up/deflate. Plenty of parking on & off street. Our Iowa group plans to visit again & probably 2 weeks next time! It was a great way to recharge, soak up the sun & still social distant in beautiful Arizona.
