PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously—no fraudulent bookings allowed. Guests must complete an easy, online hotel-style check-in with a Rental Agreement. You can also opt for a $37 non-refundable damage waiver for stays under 10 nights. Full details in the House Rules.

While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules:
*If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. If your request is made in the evening, we will respond first thing in the morning.
*We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, which is inexpensive.
*Please respect our neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum after 10pm
*No food or drinks in the bedrooms
*No parties and no glitter or confetti
*Please do not hang anything from the string lights
*No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee to cover the cost of smoke remediation.
*Locals must contact host prior to booking
*If the house is left in a condition that requires additional cleaning (dirty pots/pans/dishes in the sink, stained floor/rugs/carpet, dirtied walls requiring treatment, etc) a $150 extra cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest
*This home does allow pets! A flat pet fee of $50 will be added to the reservation. Please make sure to include them in your reservation & report any damage to Guest Services immediately.
*Tampering with internet, security cameras, doorbell, or noise detection device is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
*By booking you are agreeing to our house rules and know that you have the opportunity to purchase trip insurance for your stay. This property has special local compliance requirement which includes a signed rental agreement. You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
