The villa offers a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, plus a dedicated private workspace, perfect for teleworking. We’re also only fifteen minutes from SeaWorld, home to Shamu and an array of awe-inspiring ocean animals. Experience the world-class golf course at La Cantera Resort, just three miles away, then venture downtown to take in the nightlife at the famous San Antonio River Walk, only twenty minutes away. There is no better home base from which to enjoy all the sights, sounds, and exciting attractions of beautiful San Antonio, Texas!

We’re conveniently located near all the major thoroughfares, so you can quickly get to all the major area attractions and Downtown San Antonio within about twenty minutes or less. We offer plenty of garage and driveway space to accommodate up to six vehicles. If you’re not traveling with your car, Uber and Lyft are widely available, among a host of other local taxi and ride-share services.
Limited Public Transportation

Weather permitting, the pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday (if the weather does not allow, it will be cleaned the next day). Additional pool cleanings are available upon request with at least 24 hours notice for an additional $50. Please note that the pool is not heated.

Note: Small dogs allowed under 50 pounds and maximum of 2 dogs. There will be an additional fee of $50 per day.

Please note there is a City Ordinance of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Please make sure you respect this ordinance in this quiet neighborhood. A minute noise device is located in the central living area to monitor the noise level. Please note that this does not record any sounds and simply helps us ensure we are maintaining a respectful noise level for our surrounding neighbors. Also there is street parking on one side of the street. Please do not park on the side with NO PARKING SIGNS. Your vehicle could be towed.
