CLEANLINESS: We take pride in providing an exceptionally clean and well-prepared home. Ocean Breeze is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before and after each stay. Please treat the home with care. Any non-standard cleaning may result in additional charges

MONITORING: For security purposes, Ocean Breeze has a front-door exterior camera only. There are no cameras inside the home. Footage is motion-activated and used solely for safety and insurance purposes.

INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel.
