🎉 No Parties – This is a quiet residential building. Noise complaints or disruptive behavior may result in cancellation and a $1,000 penalty

📝 Guest Screening Required – As per HOA rules, a brief screening is required before check-in

Please note that a $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys to cover replacement and building security costs.

For urgent maintenance requests outside of regular hours, an after-hours service fee may be charged if in-person assistance is needed.
