This is great location and roomy apartment. Kitchen decently stocked for some cooking. Appreciated it had spices. I only rate 4 instead of 5 to get their attention. Like many reviewers noted, the blinds do not block any light. This seems fixable. We brought face masks so slept ok. But come on, it is eerie to feel like the whole world can see you walking around.

We could have used more towels because of showers and pools. Appreciated the prestocked soaps, coffee, filters, laundry and dish soap. Very nice place!

Perfect place to stay when visiting DC. Metro station just minutes away and right on the main lines. Neighborhood is nice, safe, and filled wiht any shopping and dining locations you can imagine. We simply parked the car if the site's garage and used public transportation the remainder of our stay. Grear place. Great host.

Location was great -just a couple blocks to the metro. loved having to King beds -unfortunately the mattresses provided little support. Our biggest complaint was that it is a corner apartment directly across from Amazon headquarters and the shades were only privacy shades, not light blocking - so the room was well lit all night long.

Regarding the mattresses, they are quality models that work well for most guests and are replaced on our regular maintenance schedule. Comfort preferences vary significantly between individuals. We are currently working on improving our listings with Blackout Curtains. We appreciate that our prime downtown location comes with the energy and activity of the city center. I had an absolutely great stay at this property. The unit is equipped with all the essentials you will need. The gym is well maintained for those who like to get a quick workout in. It's in a neighborhood that has a lot to offer*restaurants, whole foods, mall and metro*. Communication with the management was top tier. The commute to DC is very easy. I will definitely book again. Be sure to check out Ruth's Chris Arlington 5 mins away by car for an amazing view & happy hour. Maker's Union across the street has great bites & happy hour as well.

Great central location for DC visit!

Our family stayed here for a week to see the sights in and around DC. The apartment is close to the Pentagon City Metro stop which is clean and safe and can take you wherever you need to go. Pentagon City is just 2 short stops away from Reagan airport which is really convenient. Whole Foods is just across the street as well. The apartment was clean and more than adequate for our family of 4. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The building is secure and quiet. This place was just what we were looking for.

Close and Pleasant

Very clean property. great balcony with direct view of Amazon HQ. amenities were great with ample toiletries like soap shampoo and conditioner. Support from rental team was exemplary. Property under construction and renovation and unit seemed to be newly renovated. Plenty of room for two people.

Check-in instructions state that the Concierge is on site 24/7. That is not the case. There was no one at the desk after 10:30 p.m. Stated in the Check-in instructions was that there would be a parking pass located in the unit. We had to park at a nearby hotel the first night until we resolved the situation. The parking pass is available through the Concierge. There is a main building adjacent to the property that does have a Concierge on site 24/7. For future guests, this is helpful information.Cleanliness: The extra blankets did not smell clean. Hair was found on the bed sheets. The windows and sliding glass door needed a good cleaning. Hand and lip prints were left from prior guests. Baseboards were dusty. The blow dryer does not work properly; the switch is broken. I suggest bringing extra paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. The location is convenient, and the pool was nice. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The Metro is about 6 blocks away as well. Once we obtained a parking pass, we found the garage is conveniently located next to the building.

Good visit

Great location for DC visit. Clean and good communication. Potential Improvements - provide details in check in email about what key pad looks like and where it is located. We had to have someone tell us at concierge that it was a ring around door knob. Also could use end tables in LR for drinks. Condo got very hot at night. Otherwise, great! Kitchen was perfect

Beautiful Condo within a Short Drive to Washington DC

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo while visiting my daughter in Washington DC. The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished and decorated throughout. The kitchen and living room area is large with a great layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very large with very comfortable king beds in each bedroom. The location is very convenient to Washington DC for sightseeing and to many other stores and restaurants in Arlington and Alexandria.Communication with the host was excellent. Anthony was very receptive and helpful throughout our stay. He was always very quick to respond to any of our questions.This is a very nice condo in a great location. We can't wait to come back.

The rooms were clean with minimal decor. The location was great. We felt safe walking around. There were several restaurants in walking distance both for breakfast and evening meals, and a Whole Foods was located a couple of blocks away. Our only issues were with parking and towels. We only needed parking for 2 of the 7 nights we were there, but were required to pay for all 7 nights. Also the parking permit was not in the room, with the garage door opener and we had to wait for a while to get confirmation from the host to approve the concierge to fill out a parking permit for us. The host’s responses were not being received on the app, but they ended up texting. The concierge quoted a lower price for the permit than we were charged. The host said it was because it was on a first come basis. As far as the towels were concerned, only 1 towel per person was supplied while. While that is sufficient for a couple of nights, it is not for a week stay. No laundry detergent was available so we had to go to Whole Foods to buy some, not a huge problem, but still…Overall we had a great stay.

Great location

Great location, and very responsive management I was here for the Army 10-miler and it was perfect. Overall great stay, a few minor things like the code for the door didn’t work upon check in but management responded quickly and remotely addressed the issue and we were able to enter the property. The only other (small) issue we had was there was only one fob to enter the building and one key to enter the condo. We were together most of time so it wasn’t a big deal, and when I asked management, I was told there should have been two, so I do t think this is the norm. I would absolutely rent a property from this particular company again, they were so fast to respond and address anything and everything and even called during my stay to make sure everything was going well.
