Five of us stayed at this VRBO for the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament at Gas South for 4 nights. It was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Duluth. The place was clean, spacious, well furnished, new appliances, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was well-maintained and the area was quiet (it's at the end of a dead end road). Some of us have stayed in many VRBOs and other short-term rental places and we felt that this house was the best one yet. In other short term rentals, you find beds, couches and chairs tend to be on the low end and uncomfortable. But we loved the beds at this place and we all slept well. We especially loved the large couch and watching game replays on the projector TV (though we only got access to streaming services by plugging in our own Roku to the projector). One of my friends stated she now wants the same projector TV in her house. Besides the location, number of bedrooms, and price, the other reason we chose this rental was the sauna and it did not disappoint. It was a great way to wake up, as well as relax after a long day at Gas South. Our host was very responsive...somehow the address we had did not match the numbers on the house, causing confusion. But when I used the VRBO app to call her, she answered right away and helped us find the house. We all would recommend this house and appreciate that the host seems to have set up this house as if she lived there, which is a positive.
