Other things to note

POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $100/ per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to utility cost to heat a large body of water. There is a 24 hour notice to heat the pool.
- Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum. The spa has a 30 minute heating time.
EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE CHECK OUT
-Early check in and late check out are $95 EACH and based upon availability. If interested please message your host

PETS
There is an $85 pet fee per pet (2 maximum).
