Welcome to âHayleigh Sunshine Oasisâ, the stylish 3bd/2ba vacation home in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Includes private pool and spa (heating optional) nestled in a giant backyard which features a large lawn grass play area, golf putting green, shaded ping-pong table, corn-hole, BBQ, and lounge chairs under a gazebo for entertaining. Located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and less than two miles from Empire Polo music festivals. Small dog friendly.
Hayleigh Sunshine Oasis is a resort style, âdesert vibesâ home designed dĂ©cor consisting of 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a private 30' x 10' salt water pool including a baja shelf and umbrella along with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard which features a direct line gas BBQ grill green grass lawn, outdoor dining set for four, comfy sofa sectional with pillows, and more fabulous fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting, golf putting green, cornhole lawn game, ping-pong table, and inside the water pool/spa lights for night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Fantastic fun memories and moments will be had indoors and out. Property is in a safe and secure cul-de-sac community with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent mountain and sunrise/sunset views.
Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, an island with four stools, a breakfast table for five, dining table for eight, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, drip coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight peopleâŠ.everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. There are four Smart TVs with various apps (guests are responsible for their own login subscriptions). Super high speed 500mbps internet for all your work and streaming needs.
Ideal bedding for up to eight adults. Spacious one floor with a Primary Bedroom featuring a king bed and 55" Smart TV with various apps (guests are responsible for their own login subscriptions) with en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in glass shower, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leading out to the pool area. Bedroom #2 has a king and queen bed along with a 55" Smart TV with various apps (guests are responsible for their own login subscriptions). Fire place is decorative only. #3 has queen-over-full bunk bed along with a 43" Smart TV with various apps (guests are responsible for their own login subscriptions). Fire place is decorative only. Adjacent Bathroom #2 includes a shower. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Living Room features a giant, comfy sofa-sectional, additional sofa with pull-out Queen mattress, and a 65" Smart TV with various apps (guests are responsible for their own login subscriptions). Fire place is decorative only. There is a washer & dryer for guest use. Two car garage with remote controls, driveway for up to three cars, and plenty of street parking.
Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Small dog friendly with $100 non-refundable fee. Outdoor music rules per below.
Quiet and private home location in quiet and secure Indio cul-de-sac. Home is also centrally located to reach:
- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (1.5 miles away or 30 min walk)
- Spotlight 29 and Fantasy Springs Casinos (5 miles away)
- Indian Wells BNP Tennis (5 miles away by car)
- La Quinta â Old Town and Restaurants (10 mins by car)
- Palm Springs Downtown (25 miles away)
Additional Rules and Info:
- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and âany machine, device, or equipment including phonesâ that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa.
- If you would like to bring one dog (20lbs max) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or furniture ensure to pick-up their droppings. Failure to comply with these pet rules may cause additional guest charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this pet policy.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driverâs license at check-in.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
