Spacious home with a great layout! Separate kitchen and dining areas as well as two separate living areas. two bedrooms and two full baths (one off of family room). All the essentials that you need with space to spread out!

There is a guest suite on property that is a separate unit, however please note that there is a shared wall so please be courteous. Both listings have their own entrance, driveway,yard and space (zero shared space).

We live a mile down the street and are happy to help if needed!

The house is in a nice residential neighborhood within easy biking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery, coffee shop, and more!

Please note that there is a `in-law suite` connected to the home which is occupied by other guest or the owners at times. This property has it`s own entrance and yard, however these two separate spaces do share a wall.

Also please note that there is no washer or dryer available at the property.
Only guests included on the reservation allowed on property, unless specifically authorized. Smoking outdoors only. No parties or events. Please respect quiet hours (10pm-8am).
