This home is bright, exceptionally clean and steps away to the emerald coast of Panama City Beach. The palm tree backyard and color changing heated pool is a perfect oasis for relaxation. The main level is open and perfect for a large family and 5 bedrooms allowing 16 guests to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom except for the bunk room. The kitchen is open to the living room and features high-end stainless appliances, quartz counters and all the cooking essentials.
The space
Built in 2018, this home is bright, fresh, clean and only steps away to the famous emerald coast of Panama City Beach. The palm tree lined backyard combined with the sparkling saltwater, color changing heated pool is the perfect oasis for relaxation. The 5 true bedrooms (including 2 master suites) allow for 16 guests to sleep comfortably while having plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom is also outfitted with a large smart TV and access to a full bathroom except for the bunk room.

The chef's kitchen is open to the living room and features high-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops, 42" cabinets, complete with all basic cooking and baking essentials, and an island with seating for 3. The main level is extremely open and perfect for a large family with 60" TV in the living room and a dining room table that seats 8.

Step outside and soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the paver patio or relax in the shade under the covered porch with a 60" TV. The outdoor entertainment area also includes a BBQ grill along with table and seating to enjoy a night out by the pool.

To make your stay more convenient, the washer and dryer allows you to have fresh laundry throughout your stay. There is also a pool safety alarm as a safety precaution for children, a shower out by the pool, and a rinsing station on the side of the house to rinse off sandy toes and toys. Located by the front door is a Ring doorbell. You will have access to the garage and private driveway for parking.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

Other things to note
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
