Welcome to Coral Haven! This beautiful vacation home is centrally located in Panama City Beach, convenient to the best shopping and dining. Best of all, Coral Haven is just a short walk to the beach and near the best attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer! This gorgeous home features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and your very own private heated pool oasis outback! Coral Haven is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends!

Coral Haven can be rented with Coral Paradise, (its sister home right next door)! Between the two homes, you can comfortably sleep 32 guests. Providing the perfect destination for weddings, family reunions, or just several families who love to vacation with each other! Message us about booking these two homes together.

Upon entering, you'll find on the first floor a King Master Suite, with an en suite Master Bathroom for added privacy. You will also find an additional guest bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds, each having a trundle underneath for optimal guest occupancy. On the second floor, you will find the second King Master Suite with an en suite Master Bathroom, plus two additional guest bedrooms. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a comfy Queen Bed, the second Guest Bedroom features two Full Beds. There is also additional sleeping space in the upstairs living room on the Queen Sleeper Sofa. This house is nothing short of amazing - from the luxury upgrades to your very own private pool, Coral Haven is perfectly built for family and friends to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Panama City Beach!

• Guest Bedroom #1: Queen Bed
• Guest Bedroom #2: 2 Full Beds
• Living Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

**Please Note: ALL Top Bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs

Guests are free to enjoy the entire home!
You can also book our sister property next door and accommodate a large group of 30+.
Other things to note
**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Pool Heat is $50/day with $250 min for the stay

***SECURITY CAMERAS***
There is one external security cameras facing the parking lot. The cameras is on 24/7, have the ability to record audio/video and are motion triggered.

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (11pm-6am) are strictly enforced.

Occupancy Limits:
Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 17 INDIVIDUALS, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave.

Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Security Deposit and rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

Pets:
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay. Please clean after your dog and keep our backyard ready for the next guests. Guests are expected to clean up after there parts additional fees apply if dog waste is not picked up outside.
