Located in Como, this apartment is a fantastic retreat for travelers. It features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a peaceful living room that includes a comfortable sofa bed. Guests enjoy a delightful bathroom equipped with a bidet, shower, and hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The apartment is just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by restaurants, historic villas and gardens, you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The train station, bus stop, historic center, ferry terminal, bicycle rentals, and supermarkets are all approximately 15 minutes away. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
The parking below is COMPLETELY FREE but CANNOT BE RESERVED as it is shared by the building residents. We'll send you a link for 2 alternative parking around the block free from 8pm-8am.
The two-room apartment is furnished in a modern and functional style, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, but with an independent entrance.
- Upon entering, you will find a multifunctional open-plan space with an open kitchen and a large living room with a double sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and a private balcony with a table and chairs for a romantic aperitif at sunset.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Microwave, oven, coffee machine with Lavazza pods and a large refrigerator.
- The second bedroom offers a double bed, built-in wardrobe, independent air conditioning and a private balcony with a small view of the lake.
- The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine (detergent included upon payment).
An extra bed for 1 can be added upon request paying for it.
Downstairs, on Via Borgovico, you will find a bar/café/tobacco shop and a bus stop. The street offers all possible services: bicycle rental, laundromat, bakery, pizza by the slice, 2 pubs/sandwich shops, fine restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy. All just a few minutes' walk away.
Once you arrive, I will provide you with a list of the best restaurants/bars in the area and available activities for any needs you may have.
Guest access: The entire apartment is at your complete disposal.
Other things to note: For your stay, personal data of all guests will be required for mandatory registration.City tourist tax to be paid separately. The tourist tax in Como is 3 euros per person per night, but only for the first 3 days. The location is one of the best in the city. train station is approximately at 1,5 mile walkable distance. the walk around the shore will bring through or ancient Villas to the center of the city in less than 20'. Restaurants and local shops are right in the neighborhood, and the Park of Villa Olmo will give you the best view to Brunate.
