This thoughtfully designed 702 sq. ft. unit features two comfortable bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen bed and workspace area, and a standard bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The unit also has one modern bathroom with a glass door shower, and a fully furnished living room area that connects to a complete kitchen.
The condo is fully furnished and ready for guests to enjoy an island getaway, featuring a fully updated kitchen with brand-new appliances, ample cabinetry, and all essentials for cooking and dining. The living room area has two comfortable sofas and one smart TV that guests can connect to, as well as fast and reliable Wi-fi. The entire unit has been renovated with new tile flooring, a fresh coat of paint, and upgraded electrical and plumbing systems for a worry-free stay. Each living space is equipped with its own brand-new, remote-controlled A/C system—three in total—allowing guests to adjust the temperature individually in each room. In each bedroom closet, there is also a remote-controlled fan if guests wish to use it during their stay.
Upon arrival, guests will have a completely autonomous check-in through the smart lock at the entrance of the unit, each guest with an individual code to enter the unit provided by the host. Guests staying in this unit have full access to the Aquarius community amenities, including a large outdoor pool, a clubhouse ideal for relaxation or socializing, and an on-site laundry facility equipped with washers and dryers. Just steps from the pool, you’ll also find a picnic area with barbecue grills available for guest use.
The property offers a spacious and well-organized parking area, free for all guests. Temporary parking passes are provided upon arrival and are valid during your stay. The unit is only a 7-minute walk from three local highly rated restaurants, Sami’s, Joey’s, and Doreen’s Cup of Joe, all recommended by your host, as well as a 10-minute walk from the nearest public beach access. This centric location makes the unit ideal for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing beach getaway and would like to explore Marco Island either by car, bicycle, or even on foot!
