First Floor: A tranquil Master bedroom with a king bed, ocean view, 40” TV, ceiling fan, closet and shower, plus two additional spacious bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with two twin bunk beds + a twin trundle bed), each with an ensuite bath, 40” TV, closet and shower/tub combo. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor. Deck access from the den for swinging in the ocean air.

Ground Floor: shuffle board game, play area, inside access to golf-cart garage, storage, second fridge/freezer, and car port; parking for six vehicles; electric vehicle charger; private pool (pool heating AND cooling available for an extra charge) and private outdoor shower; gas grill.

Saturday-to-Saturday rentals only between Memorial Day and Labor Day; linens and towels not included, but can be rented; age verification required.
