• Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fees.

🐕 Pets

Pets are allowed only if approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair is found, especially on furniture, bedding, or carpets.
