The house can accommodate 10+ people, has a big in-ground pool, a large deck, real wood fireplace, gas and real wood grills, firepit(s) and a game room equipped with Darts game, full size Air Hockey and table games from all times, for all tastes and agеs.

Delight in serenity after a long day of enjoying the Texas Hill Country and many ongoing events Austin hosts (holiday-related activities, ACL, SXSW, Formula One, FC Bold Soccer, UT Football, and live music venues). Shopping centers within 15 minutes walk to enjoy a morning meal or different style dining/restaurants. Barton Creek Mall within 1 mile distance. 4 bedrooms upstairs: three bedrooms plus a master bedroom with a private balcony facing the backyard. Sleeping arrangements: the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon; adjacent bedroom has a queen size bed with adjustable base (with remote); the office across the hallway has a futon; 4th bedroom (with pool view) has 2 full-size beds (1 bed with massage and one with adjustable base; both with remote controls), a futon, and extra single-size mattresses—for guests or sleepovers... The game room downstairs has a full-size sleeper sofa and a futon. Living room couch can be converted into a semi-circle King-size Turkish bed. Kitchen nook has an expandable full-size sleeper sofa. Extra single-size mattress and a cot-bed also available for some extra sleeping space; TV-Blue ray setups in 2 bedrooms upstairs and a game room downstairs for story times or movie watching experiences for separate groups/setting to make sure everyone has fun (or stays out of parents way:-)!
There are several seating settings in the backyard (can be rearranged to one’s liking.) These include: the seating area with a small sandpit (converted to a firepit during wintertime) by the swimming pool; another seating area with a table and chairs by a bigger firepit in the middle of the backyard. Real wood/charcoal grill is available by seating areas next to the backyard playset; main deck seating with a wicker sofa and chairs has a gas grill; some seating on the covered deck outside the game room. There is also the 2nd floor balcony seating overseeing all backyard. A portable folding tables are provided for extra dining setup outside.
Cozy up by a real-wood fireplace inside or experience hammock, tent and camping right in the backyard. Tent for 10 people it set next to the real-wood fire pit for colder seasons. BYOSB (Bring Your Own Sleeping Bags). Imagine sleeping a night under the stars in the middle of the city or think marshmallows or baked potatoes (Boy Scouts or Girls Scouts style!) Firewood available. Parents Beware, kids will not want to stop playing.. Some serious bribes will have to be involved. (Some adults won’t either:-) On the flip side—parents can enjoy hours of fun by themselves or with guests.
