The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the gentle splash of the pool as the day stretches ahead, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen and plans for a theme‑park adventure begin to form around the dining table. Later, after a day of rides and laughter, you return to a spacious retreat where evenings unwind on comfortable sofas and the private hot tub offers a quiet moment under the stars.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed, providing easy access to the main living area. Upstairs, the layout expands with a bedroom holding two queen beds, another with three queen beds, three bedrooms each with a king bed, and two bedrooms each equipped with two twin beds. In total the home offers 14 beds across nine bedrooms and five full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 16+ guests while the extra bedding can accommodate up to 24.



Living, dining & entertainment

The open‑plan living room invites movie nights and relaxed conversation, with generous seating that feels made for groups. A dedicated game room adds extra fun, stocked with a pool table, a gaming console, a TV and a sound system. The fully equipped kitchen makes home‑cooked meals simple, and a large indoor dining table seats everyone together. Just steps outside, an outdoor dining area and grill let you enjoy meals al fresco.



Outdoor space

A private pool and hot tub sit on a paved patio, ready for use year‑round (the hot tub is not heated). Comfortable outdoor furniture creates a perfect spot for afternoon lounging, while a grassy backyard offers space for kids to play or for a casual game of catch.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can float along a lazy river, splash down a water slide, work out in the fitness center, or catch a film in the on‑site theater. Additional options include volleyball and tennis courts, a playground, a games room and an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse.

Nestled in the guard‑gated Champions Gate Resort of Four Corners, the home sits about 10 miles from Disney and a short drive from Universal Studios, SeaWorld and local dining. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating and laundry facilities make longer stays effortless.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
