The Space:

This thoughtfully designed apartment villa offers a relaxing Tuscan retreat surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The Apartment is located on a second floor with great views of our Country hills. The spacious bedroom features a California king bed (or two twins upon request), and a Sofa chair creating a comfortable private sanctuary. The space also includes a living room with a double size sofa bed, full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table, plus a charming reading corner perfect for quiet moments.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful countryside setting with a pool, BBQ area, and traditional brick pizza oven, plenty of gardens & Lawn space to connect with nature—all outdoor areas are shared with other guests staying on the estate.

For outdoor entertainment and relaxation, enjoy bike rentals, tennis court, classic bocce game, ping pong table, and a children's playground. End the day by unwinding in the hammock with panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills. Every detail of this property has been carefully considered to provide you with an unforgettable and comfortable Italian experience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, guests have private access and entrance to the apartment, which includes the bedroom a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy reading corner designed for relaxing moments indoors.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the estate’s beautiful outdoor amenities. These areas include the Vineyards, Olive groves, swimming pool, BBQ area, tennis court, traditional brick pizza oven, gardens, lounging patios, bocce court, ping pong table, bike rentals, and children’s playground. All outdoor spaces are shared with other guests staying on the estate.



The Neighborhood:

Montalpruno sits right on the border between Poggibonsi and Staggia Senese, in the heart of Tuscany’s historic agricultural landscape. For centuries, this area has been cultivated by hand, producing the Sangiovese grapes used in many of Tuscany’s celebrated wines as well as the olives that become the region’s renowned extra virgin olive oil.

While the setting feels peaceful and rural — you are still very close to everything you might need. The town of Poggibonsi is just 10 minutes away, where you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops. It’s the most convenient town for everyday needs during your stay.

For exploring Tuscany, the location is especially ideal:

San Gimignano – 20 minutes (famous medieval towers and beautiful views)

Siena – about 30 minutes

Florence – about 40–45 minutes

Chianti Classico wine region – many wineries within 15–30 minutes

This makes Montalpruno a perfect base: you can spend your days visiting vineyards, historic towns, and local markets, and then return to the quiet countryside to relax by the pool or enjoy the sunset over the vineyards.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our Tuscan villa. Complimentary parking is available in the garage. For public transport, the Poggibonsi train station is a short 10-minute drive, offering connections to major cities like Florence (approx. 45-minute train ride) and Siena (approx. 25minute drive). Florence Airport (FLR) is about a 50m drive away.. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Poggibonsi for convenient local travel. Explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside with ease, knowing you have various transportation options at your fingertips.

Wine lovers will appreciate the opportunity to taste local wines, learn about traditional winemaking, and enjoy the stunning vineyard views right from the property.
