The Space:

Step into this sleek, stylish condo, your gateway to the vacation of the century! It’s perfect for a group of up to 5, with a roomy open design that seamlessly blends the sitting area, the kitchen and the dining area together for quality time together. The sitting room has a cozy sofa facing a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments. Also, the couch becomes a sofa bed for flexible sleep space.



There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. You can dine in at the plush dining table or sit here to work on your laptop if needed. There’s a convenient breakfast bar with four stools for a quick bite or coffee. If you’d prefer to eat, drink, work and relax in the fresh air, there’s a private balcony with a garden-building view, and it has a table and chairs.



There are two bedrooms, the first with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout shades, and a 50” Smart TV. Bedroom two has two double beds, blackout shades, an ensuite bathroom (shared with the living room area via a second door), and access to the private balcony with some city and tree views.

Getting Around:

The condo is in the Arenis Condo Living building, about 55.5 km or 34.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There’s 1 underground parking spot if you are arriving by car.

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- If elevators go out of service for any reason, guests would need to climb stairs.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, go to reception and register in the lobby area. It is only necessary to stop there on your way in to mention your name and sign the check-in register and the condominium regulations. This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
