Both baths are completely remodeled with grab bars in the shower. The unit contains two flat screen TV's and a convenient washer and dryer in unit. The unit has secure high speed FIOS internet and satellite TV with over 200 channels. Very easy access to dedicated parking spot and beachside BBQ grilling pavilion. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
