The cabin comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features two private bedrooms plus a loft, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups traveling together. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and three twin beds. With three full bathrooms, mornings feel relaxed rather than rushed.

The loft adds a special touch - a cozy sleeping space paired with a small library, board games, and entertainment that make it perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who loves a tucked-away retreat.

A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the cabin is fully climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Things to know before you book:



• Indoor jet tub only (no outdoor hot tub)

• Easy river access - please supervise children and pets.

• Rural location - wild life is abundant in the area. It is important that you do not interact or feed any wildlife. Always make sure trash is secure. We are available to pick up excess trash during your stay.

• WiFi is available, though rural speeds may vary

• Charcoal grill - bring charcoal

• Firewood provided for the fire pit

• Pet fee applies. Please follow local leash laws and pick up after your pet. Waste bags provided.



• Quiet hours encouraged to preserve the peaceful setting 10pm-8am

• Fireworks and guns are prohibited on New River Getaways properties

• No events or parties

• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and are available separately with an additional $20 fee



• There is a camera facing the driveway and outdoor trash cans as well as one camera facing the back yard, and one on the porch facing the front door.
