Waterfront cabin located where New River meets Claytor Lake. The location is perfect for all types of water activities including boating, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing and fishing. Home has a boat dock and access to boat ramp on the property. Large, flat yard is perfect for gatherings and outdoor activities. Large covered porch with ample seating and table space.

Located directly across the water from Allisonia boat ramp and New River Trail.

Guests may use dock and boat ramp on property. There is a gas grill located on the porch for guests to use.
Other things to note
Due to the location, there is limited cell phone service. We have NEW WiFi through ViaSat (as of 3/26/2021). The speed is up to 100 mbps. The cabin does have DirecTV with HBO.

To acquire the key, guests will be given a code to a lock box located at the cabin.

We are pet friendly with pre-approval. There is a pet fee of $30 per pet.

Please note that we will have wood available for wood stove during winter months but may or may not be available during summer months for fire pit.
