Welcome to The Urban Retreat, a collection of three private villas (3BR, 4BR, and 5BR) available to book together as a 12-bedroom complex — ideal for large families, groups of friends, retreats, or intimate events.

The Urban Retreat are new modern style villas located only steps away from the vibrant restaurants and nightlife of Seminyak. This modern sanctuary combines privacy and space with boutique-hotel comforts.

Blending urban style with tropical charm, Villa Satu (3BR), Villa Dua (5BR), and Villa Tiga (4BR) together form the perfect retreat for large families or groups. Each villa has its own private pool, spacious ensuite bedrooms with rainfall showers (and a bathtub in Villa Dua’s master suite), fully equipped kitchens, and open living areas.

Villa Tiga also features a rooftop terrace ideal for evening gatherings. All villas include Smart TVs with Netflix, JBL sound systems, and unlimited access to the exclusive on-site Urban Retreat gym.

When booked as one complex, guests have exclusive use of:

• 12 ensuite bedrooms (mix of king and twin convertible rooms)
• 3 private pools + sun decks with sun loungers
• Gym and fitness area private just for their group.
• Dedicated staff team including daily housekeeping, cook, butler service, and night security
• Spacious common areas perfect for gatherings or group dining
• On site parking (within the gated complex)

Guest access
You book the entire villa complex for you and your guests. The villas are located in a private gated complex which will just be accessible for you and your group only, no other guests.

Our in-villa cook crafts delectable local dishes alongside popular Western favorites. Start your day with a freshly prepared breakfast or savor poolside Chicken Katsu. You only pay for the ingredients plus a 20% service charge, offering a cost-effective way to enjoy fresh and exquisite meals.
