LOCATION:
The villas are within walking distance to Berawa beach, Finns beach club and Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center). They are also located in the heart of Berawa which translates in a one minute ride to gourmet restaurants, trendy cafes and supermarkets. There is a mini mart and massage place within walking distance and a park perfect for jogging and outdoor workouts close by. THE BALI VILLAS:
This is a villa complex of two identical 7bed villas that are interconnected through a sliding door. Once the sliding door opens, the two villas become one big 14bed villa with 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 indoor karaoke rooms (also used as indoor living rooms). There are 14bedrooms in total with 2 king size master bedrooms, 8 king size bedroom suites and 4 twin bedrooms. 2 twin bedrooms can be converted into queen size bedrooms, while the other two can become hollywood twins.

POOL, LIVING ROOM, DINING, KARAOKE & ENTERTAINMENT ROOM PER VILLA - MULTIPLY BY 2:

Bedding arrangement per villa: the master and junior bedroom suites have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed, the other 3 suites have king size (180cm*200cm) beds, while there are 2 twin bedrooms. 1 twin bedroom can be converted into a king size bedroom, while the other one can become a hollywood twin.
• All rooms have smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, AC, deposit box, dressing room, en-suite bathrooms with shower and hot water
• The master bedroom and junior suite of each villa are larger with private living room space and separate dressing space. The en-suite bathrooms of these rooms have both bathtub and shower.
