Located on the second floor, the open-concept living area was designed for gathering after long beach days, bringing together the main gathering spaces with beautiful Gulf views throughout. A plush blue sectional and 2 accent chairs create a comfortable place to relax, while the seamless layout keeps everyone connected between meals and conversations. Just beyond, a separate lounge with a sofa, accent seating, and Smart TV offers an additional space to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features elegant white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, an oversized commercial refrigerator, built-in ice maker, and seating for 3 at the island. Just nearby, the dining table overlooks the Gulf and offers seating for 12, creating an inviting space for long dinners and morning coffee. Standard cookware, utensils, and essentials are provided for everything from quick breakfasts to family-style meals at home.

Public dune walkovers to Mexico Beach are conveniently located just across the street at both 1st and 3rd Street, each about a 2-minute walk from the home. Mexico Beach is known for its wide stretches of sugar-white sand, calm Gulf waters, and uncrowded shoreline. For additional amenities, Mexico Beach Sunset Park is only a 3-minute drive away and offers public beach access with parking, restrooms, and outdoor showers.
