Cape Bora Bora: Entfliehen Sie zu einem Seacliffs Townhome, das buchstäblich wie kein anderer in der Gemeinde ist. Dieses 4.284 Quadratmeter große Haus ist professionell mit maßgefertigten High-End-Möbeln und Geräten eingerichtet und ist ein neues Mietprogramm! Cape Bora Bora verfügt über sechs große Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad, brandneuen Möbeln und Meerblick! Es schläft 20 Personen bequem in Betten, mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa, das zwei weitere schlafen kann.

Die zweite Ebene des Hauses verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player mit Surround-Sound, herrlicher Aussicht, einem Billardtisch und einem Halbbad. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse im Freien mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und genießen Sie die Aussicht. Diese Ebene verfügt auch über 2 große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem kompletten Badezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten über volle Etagenbetten und kann bis zu sechs bequem in jedem Schlafzimmer schlafen. Großartig für die Kleinen !!

Wenn Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Aufzug fahren (es gibt einen Aufzug), gelangen Sie in die dritte Ebene von Cape Bora Bora. Dort finden Sie einen Bonusraum / Bürobereich, der Zugang zu einem anderen Deck bietet. Es gibt auch 3 große Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage. Schlafzimmer Nr. 1, "Sommerhaus", verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Meerblick und ein Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2, das "Palm Room" hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Blick auf das Meer und hat Schiebetüren zur Terrassentür und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 "Tranquility" verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Meerblick und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Alle Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage verfügen über LED-TVs.

Nun auf die vierte Ebene dieses Hauses und die herrlichen Aussichten, die auf Sie warten! Hier finden Sie die komplett ausgestattete Küche für den Gourmetkoch mit brandneuen Geräten aus Edelstahl. Die Küche überblickt den großen Wohn- / Essbereich mit Panoramablick auf das Meer und eine umlaufende Terrasse. Es gibt sechs Liegestühle auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand / das Meer für Sonnenanbeter und Außentische mit sechzehn Sitzplätzen und einem Edelstahlgrill. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch das 6. Schlafzimmer, die Master Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett aus Memory-Foam-Gel, einem LED-TV und einem Vollbad mit Whirlpool.

Dieses Haus liegt weniger als 200 Schritte vom Strand entfernt und ist bequem über eine Promenade erreichbar. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftspool mit weniger als 150 Stufen und kann von zu Hause aus gesehen werden. Dieses Haus ist nicht tierfreundlich, hat aber kostenloses WLAN und Annehmlichkeiten in Hülle und Fülle. Der Strand, die Aussicht, die große Familie wird nicht weniger bekommen, CAPE BORA BORA!

Usually by the second day of vacation I start getting home sick, this was not the case at this Beautiful beach house. Everything was clean and decorated so tastefully it felt like home. The comfy beds to all the extra blankets in the house. Great job to all the people taking care of this home. Me and my family all loved cape bora bore at cape San Blas. I would definitely book a trip again.

Great property, we are already booked for next year. Only problem is some family's leaving their beach setup on the beach overnight and having a fire on the beach at night is good but people should clean up afterwards.

Roomy, well decorated, easy access to beach and swimming pool, and has GREAT balconies for dolphin and pelican watching!The staff at Coastal Joe Vacations are fabulous and responded well and quickly to any questions we had while we were there. The one negative we experienced was the grill. I planned two meals (for 13 folks) based on grill availability. When we looked at the grill it needed serious maintenance. I called the office and the next working day Alex was there taking care of business. Impressive!I highly suggest this unit for any large gathering - most especially if anyone has special needs and an elevator benefits.

It is definitely our favorite so far! Accommodations were even better than described. There was so much space for our multiple families with a wide age range of kids. We loved the multiple fridges, the huge sofa and large table. We enjoyed the puzzles and loved that there were no missing pieces haha! The only issue we really had was some water heater issues, but the rental company responded immediately and it didn't hinder our stay. There were tons of beach toys in the garage that our kids enjoyed.

We had a great multi family stay at this property! There were several maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were resolved quickly. The property managers are great! There were several areas to relax for all age groups. Would love to rent again.

Some of the issues we had the first time we stayed there were resolved, so we had a great stay. The 3 refrigerators are a must for our family of 20. There were a couple problems with the ice makers and elevator that were not resolved, but they were minor. The Wifi was a bit slow for the two that needed to work a few days while they were there, not what I would call hi speed. We love the location and size of the unit.

Great Property!

From the moment of check in until the day of check out, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Cape Bora Bora in beautiful Cape San Blas Florida! Pack little has everything

We had 6 adults/6 children (age 2-13) and a 4 beds to spare. Stayed many houses/condos before and this is the winner! Best stocked kitchen/house/beach toys of any. We should have just brought clothes/groceries/beach tent…because everything else was there. Easy walk to beach and pool. Close to good food! Highly recommend!

It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as we cooked all our meals there this year. We felt like it was cleaned very well prior to our arrival, which is important this year with the Covid-19 virus around. There was an issue with the water pressure which Caitlin from Coastal Joe's worked very hard on to get resolved. The installed of the booster pump will be greatly appreciated by future guests. The internet was intermittent at best. We had to fight it the whole stay, but again Coastal Joe people did what they could.We will definetaly rent again through Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals.
