Bedrooms:

• Master Suite 1: King-size bed, private terrace with hammock, secondary terrace with plunge pool, desk, sofa, TV, large bathroom with double vanity, shower, and walk-in closet.

• Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King-size bed, ocean view, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity, walk-in closet, and TV lounge area.

• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, private terrace with hammock, bathroom with shower and double vanity, walk-in closet (no TV).

• Bedroom 4 (Kids Room - Upper Level): Four twin beds, closet, bathroom with shower and single vanity (no TV).



Access to the Four Seasons' pools and amenities is possible upon payment of the Four Seasons's resort fee at the front desk when checking in.

As a guest you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a daily resort fee, applicable throughout the duration of your stay.



Key benefits include access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each located along beautiful beachfront settings and offering full restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as the Tennis and Fitness Centers and over four miles of scenic trails, perfect for walking or jogging throughout Punta Mita.

Getting Around:

Guests can explore Punta Mita using the provided golf cart, or arrange private transportation through the in-house concierge team.



Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is approximately 45 minutes away.



Private airport transfers, local shuttles, or chauffeured SUVs can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

A one-night security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund.

Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.



This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.



House Rules:

- Suitable for children (2-12 years).

- Suitable for infants (less than 2).

- Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

- Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

- Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

- Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

-After 10:00 p.m, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

-Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

-Eating is not allowed in the pool.

-Do not put food in the bedrooms.

-No climbing on the couches with shoes on

-No pets allowed.
