Great location and a beautiful house. We had an A/C issue at the Four Seasons villa, and the host moved us to Iyari Villa, a brand-new property with beach club access; we still had access to the Four Seasons amenities. The breakfasts and lunches prepared by the team were delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Incredible home and location. Waking up to delicious breakfast made by Annie was such a treat! Mireya, the house manager, made sure we had dinner reservations at the best local spots and on the Four Seasons property. She was also available to organize our daily activities. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Punta Mita slice of heaven!

This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons Villa and our family will never forget the beautiful time we shared here. The beautifully decorated home was expansive modern and comfortable with gorgeous ocean views throughout. Mireya and her team were so quick to respond and insured all was perfect. Our daily breakfast was a highlight! We loved all the extra touches like access to a golf cart and activities as well! Can’t wait to return!

Fun with family & friends

We had a great time staying at the villa with our kids and neighbors for spring break. Treated like a FS guest with access to all amenities but with a large place to come "home" and relax after a fun day at the pool/beach. Breakfast and lunches were incredibly tasty, items that satisfied the picky kids and the adults. Thank you!

Stunning and incredible place

If you're considering a visit to Punta Mita with family/friends this place is a MUST. It's absolutely stunning, the team that helps while you're there (making arrangements, cooking, cleaning, etc) is amazing and super responsive to every whim and need. Best vacation

We loved our stay at the villa. The villa was the perfect size for our group of 9. The location was private yet a short little walk or cart drive to the lobby/pool/gym/beach/town. Brenda and Mimi were amazing chefs and made our stay so relaxing. The villa was always clean and we loved exploring all the beach clubs but then would love to get back to our villa. We would definitely rent again on our next Punta Mita trip.

Punta Mita Four Seasons Villa Experience

Property was in a magnificent location walking distance to the Four Seasons Resort. Treated like a guest of the hotel with all the amenities included. Chef/ Housekeeper Brenda was truly an asset to the experience — was committed to making our stay perfect. Would definitely return to this property.

Awesome stay!!

We loved our quick getaway at the Four Seasons Presidential Villa! We had access to all the amenities Four Seasons had to offer while enjoying the ultimate privacy tucked into the lush vegetation of the jungle with a full ocean view - how can you beat that? It was the best of both worlds. We even had our own personal chef for breakfast and lunch! Everything about the home screamed luxury at its finest. I can't wait to bring my friends and family back!

this villa surpassed ALL my expectations and delivered an unparalleled lever of luxury. From the moment I booked the reservation to the moment I arrived, the concierge, Mr Villa was there to facilitate all of our family's needs. Fantastic time!

The property has fantastic ocean views, lots of space with 4 bedrooms, one of which we used to get massages as we only needed 3, and Brenda was incredible. She made as fantastic breakfasts every morning. The beds were really comfortable. We rented a golf cart each day to go back and forth to the room, head into town for dinner and go to other beach clubs, which the room came with. Abigail, the concierge for the room was super helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. My family has a high bar for vacations, and this property and experience certainly hit and best it. No question a fantastic experience we would come back to.

Beautiful, large villa tucked into lush vegetation

We stayed here only for one night but it would be a great place for a group to stay for longer. The deck/pool area feels like you are somewhere far, far away (we're from Canada/the US - it immediately makes you feel like you're on vacation). The view is stunning you can see the beach. It gets sun in the AM early and also you have a perfect view of sunset from your private pool/patio! The rooms are large and have a lot of distance between them so it's good for groups of couples or families with older children. Being associated with the 4 seasons is such a treat. You can order room service, you have direct access to the beach and pool areas at the resort. We wondered if we would feel like we were on a different tier than the hotel guests but that wasn't the case at all. You can order direct with all the staff, they find you lounge chairs on the beach etc. We only got to try one restaurant since it was one night but the setting was beautiful. Having someone help make coffee/basic breakfast in the AM was nice touch if you don't want to head to the hotel grounds for food. The hotel itself is close by - few minutes in the golf cart to get to front lobby. You're located just perched above it in this villa. Really neat set up. The main room in the villa has such high, grand ceilings and the huge couch near the TV was epic for a group to hangout.
