Rules and Policies:

Our condominium can accommodate a maximum of eight individuals, including children and infants. The property is not suitable for hosting parties or large gatherings. If you are traveling with friends or family who are staying in other condominiums, please exercise courtesy towards the residents of HDM and adhere to the Rules & Regulations. For large gatherings, the HDM beach club, located on the property, is the most appropriate venue. Many residents of HDM spend their winter months in Punta Mita, and we kindly request that our guests respect this fact. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 pm.

Throughout Punta Mita, world-class security measures are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. All gates are equipped with 24-hour security, and the beach in front of the condominium is also monitored.

Your reservation is not finalized until the rental contract is signed. If the contract is not received within 7 days of the initial reservation request and booking, your reservation will be canceled.
