The Ellis Lofts offer a unique getaway for your time spent in Columbus! Situated in the heart of Italian village, the lofts are central to every attraction in the short North and greater Columbus area. Once the home of a local electric manufacturing company, Columbus Electrical Works, the lofts were renovated to include: - Exposed brick - Exposed timber beam framing - Modern large bathrooms - New oversized windows - Modern kitchens with stainless appliances
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
