Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in unserem Zuhause begrüßen zu dürfen. Hier genießen Sie den Komfort eines tropischen Inselparadieses. Unsere Wohnung wurde neu mit Granit-Küchenarbeitsplatte, neue Geräte, Flachbildfernseher und Fliesenboden umgebaut. Kostenloses WLAN und Kabel sind verfügbar, wenn Sie mit der Welt in Kontakt bleiben möchten. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Pool und einen Whirlpool sowie einen Grill- / Picknickbereich und eine Bootsanlegestelle. Unsere Einheit befindet sich im 5. Stock und hat einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Bucht von jedem Fenster mit unglaublichen Sonnenuntergängen. Vom Balkon aus können Sie ein Sommerfeuerwerk sehen. Wenn Sie Kitesurfer oder Windsurfer sind, können Sie die Windverhältnisse überprüfen, bevor Sie ausgehen, indem Sie einfach aus dem Fenster schauen. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Ein Auto wird bevorzugt, obwohl die Insel einen kostenlosen Busservice anbietet.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist groß und verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Das Gästezimmer ist geräumig und hat eine Tastatur für unsere musikalischen Gäste sowie ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, die für diejenigen, die mehrere Tage bleiben, ist schön. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für 2 zusätzliche Gäste.

Great Location

Almost everything you need is walking distance from the condo. Blocks to windsurfing launch and a tick over a mile to the flats kiteboarding area. The sunsets on the deck can't be beat and you can catch dinner from the dock.

Comfy Condo with Beautiful Bay View

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. It matched the VRBO description so there were no surprises. The couch and loveseat were very comfortable - we sat there in the evenings and planned our days. The pool and grounds were clean and well kept. We swam and used the hot tub almost daily. From the balcony we could watch boaters, jet skis, kite boarders, pelicans and seagulls on the water … very relaxing. We spent an entire month enjoying South Padre Island and feel the condo fit our needs perfectly!

Not quite up to par!

This property has an awesome view! It was also spacious and well-equipped. On the flip side it is in dire need of repair and just plain tlc. The kitchen chairs were filthy. The comforters and bath towels were stained. There was a spare comforter shoved between the mattress and box spring in the master suite so you wouldn’t roll off the sagging bed. The worst part is all of the tiles on the floor in the master bedroom are heaving up so they just threw an area rug over top of it. That made getting up in the night quite treacherous.

Great location and views right on the bay

Check in was flawless. 7 boat slips for renters and owners on first come first serve basis. The unit we had was directly facing the bay for magnificent sunsets. Location was about 3/4 to a mile of the gulf beaches and many restaurants nearby.

Girls get away

We had a wonderful time. The place was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. We had never stayed on the bay side before. Sunsets are beautiful from this condo. The furniture was new and very nice. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are all very large with lots of room. We would absolutely stay in this condo again. Thank you!!

Beautiful View of Madre Laguna Bay

When we first walked in we thought we'd love this place enough to rent it again, but now we'd need to wait until there's new mattresses. Good: Location on the island (middle), the view of the bay is great, stocked with necessities (dishes, towels, bedding, patio chairs, etc), covered parking garage, luggage carriers, contactless check-in process, mostly clean (found used soap in the shower, a dirty knife in the dishwasher, lipstick oil stains on wine glasses), Less Good: Another reviewer mentioned the furniture is uncomfortable and they were right. You can feel the wear on the couches and chairs but it's acceptable. The beds were really uncomfortable to us. There are people-sized craters that you sink into. The bath towels are also very rough, if I came back I'd pack my own towels. The balcony's are right over the pool and the noise carries up to the balconies but not into the condo Please note that the bedrooms are massive! The master has light filtering shades so if you're not a morning person you may prefer the darkness of the guest room. Like most islands, be sure to bring your own drinking water for freshness. There's an HEB right before the bridge that you can fill up on anything you'd like. We loved South Padre Island. The Brewing Company and Yummies had the best dining experience for us. We also enjoyed a day on the oceanside beach, evenings on the balcony, the sea turtle rehab, and renting a Polaris Slingshot to tour the island.

Beautiful view property

It is a beautiful place and my family had a great time! My kids enjoyed the proximity (3 blocks) to the beach this place offered and the pool. My wife and I especially enjoyed the spectacular view this apartment has, especially at sunset!

Great place on SPI

Very nice condo with an amazing view. Clean and friendly complex, perfect for our family trip. Would have no hesitation staying there again, very spacious for 6 people. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Unbelievable sunsets

It was our first trip here. Great location!!! Good amenities and wonderful views. Walking distance of the beach, restaurants, souvenir places. We would definitely want to rent this property again in the fall. We love the sound of ocean waves, but the calm waters and sunsets we got to experience from the balcony of this property made us all fall in love with this island. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed!

Surpassed our expectations!

This was a wonderful stay. There was more space than expected and the view from the balconies were wonderful. The kids got to see sting rays, jelly fish, a sea hare, and some pretty big fish right off the dock and is parents enjoyed the sunset over the bay daily. We just left and we miss it already. When we go back to South Padre Island we will be booking again.

Overall this was quite a nice experience. The condo is a great size with fantastic views. This stay beats our previous experiences at SPI simply because of the condo. Will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic place!

This was a great condo all the way around and Larry was easy to work with. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views of the bay from the balconies are excellent! I will definitely be trying to rent 502 on our next trip to the island.

Great location and awesome views with plenty of room

We stayed for a week at the end of May, and Larry was great to work with throughout our trip and the property is right in the center of the island and close and convenient to just about everything. We had a great time kitesurfing in the Laguna Madre side and we also enjoyed the beach on the ocean side. I would definitely stay here again. The balconies are great, and the common area with the pool and pier were awesome for watching the sunsets.

Gorgeous location-amazing sunset views

We are so thrilled we booked our stay here. This condo is roomy and up to date -lots of windows for natural lighting and bay/sunset views. My only complaint is that it was bit noisy at night with people in the pool and gathering on the dock. Curfew hours need to be monitored better. Owner was amazing to work with and very friendly-making certain we had all we needed. Thanks for the affordable stay, where many memories were made!

Just What I was Looking For

I wanted a 2 Bedroom. 2 Bath, with a view of Bay and this condo was perfect. Stayed, for a month and wanted to stay longer. Enjoyed the Sunset View over the bay every evening. Plenty of space, for up to 6, because this is a larger than usual condo, with two large balconies, for a fantastic view of the Bay. Great kitchen and full size Washer / Dryer, in separate laundry room, with door. Many thanks to the owner (Larry), who made my stay hassle free.

A Great Escape!

This is a very nice condo with excellent views of the bay. The private boat dock makes it even better, our boat is secure and ready to go when we are. There is minor construction 2 lots over & the noise was bothersome but it's a temporary thing & almost complete. We'll definitely stay here again'

Beautiful

We were lucky enough to spend ten days on the island and this condo was perfect! The two huge balconies were incredible, especially at sunset and watching the bay and beach fireworks! Having a full size washer and dryer in the condo was a huge perk for us since we had our toddler with us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfy! Also Larry the condo owner was the best owner we have ever rented from, easy to get a hold of, nice, and very helpful. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay and we can not wait to come back!

Great Girlfriends Birthday Trip

I was a little skittish about getting a condo on the bay rather than the ocean but I am so glad I did! Our favorite thing was to get our happy hour cocktail together with some cheese, bread and grapes and watch the incredible sunsets right off the balcony. We would raise our glasses to the catamaran dinner cruise as they passes with their live music and watch often until long past dark. Couldn't be a better location for that or as a central point on the island for shopping, restaurants or getting around. Rooms are big and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Two huge balconies. Would go back in a heartbeat. I am hoping they will be updating the bathrooms sometime soon. That would be my only note to the owner.

Nice condo, amazing sunsets and great location

Condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the dock, private access, behind the condo. The view from the two balcony's is beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the sunsets. The beds were extremely comfortable, you just sink right into them. After a long day at the beach or sightseeing it was nice to come back to the condo, relax and make dinner in the spacious kitchen. I would defiantly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Amazing View

The view is Amazing from every window in unit.The property was clean and well maintained. Sunsets and evening fireworks were quite the treat. There is so much to do on the island from fishing, kayaking and water sports to just enjoying the different eateries. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely will be back. Owners are extremely helpful.
