Sleeps 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 reserved parking stall in carport below property. Flexible rental with no switching of guests allowed during the rental period. Private upstairs entrance; no elevator available.

Sizeable and glittering gourmet kitchen offers an enormous kitchen island/breakfast bar with 6 barstools, ample counter and cupboard space, and new stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave. Kitchen comes equipped with basic cookware, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, coffee maker, hot water kettle and rice cooker.
