Great Location - Responsive Agent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is terrific. Beach wagon very helpful for transferring chairs and umbrellas. Management agents were very responsive. Trade winds make for a terrific breeze throughout the unit. But be careful to secure the doors open or they will slam from the winds. Unit was very clean but could use a little updating.

The location was good, a couple blocks off the beach which was nice because we did not hear noise from the beach at night. The beach resorts all have music and other loud activities which we did not hear at this location which was good.

Very nice placw

The location was great for all the things we wanted to do and the paring space was nice, not having to worry about finding one every time we left the building. The pool and grills on the 29th floor were clean and easy to use. Having a washer/dryer in the condo made for easy laundry without having to go out.

There was a generous supply of towels, incl beach towels, which was appreciated. The digital keyless entry to the unit was also a really handy feature.The inclusion of a car park was great, and the location was excellent- so handy to the beach, shopping and eating options. (Do make sure you try Marukame Udon on Kuhio Ave, inexpensive and great meals - well worth lining up for!!)James from Captain Cook Real Estate was very helpful and friendly, and many thanks again James for the early check-in.This apartment is great value for money, and highly recommended. Thanks again for a great stay in Waikiki!

Lovely stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a comfortable unit with nice views. We flew in on Saturday. I saved the PDF to my phone as I didn't want to download an app. The PDF is 50 pages long with way too much info. The ck in info had a link not active in the PDF. So that part was a bit complicated/frustrating. The unit is great. It's very bare bones. Most airbnb type places have shampoo and so on. The beds are comfy, the views are great and the location is good. Overall I would recommend. I stayed here for a work trip.

Well-located and functional condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent one month with my family in this unit and overall, was very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent, short walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in Waikiki, while located on a low traffic street. Morning sunrise views of Ala Wai canal were gorgeous. The furniture and fixtures in the apartment are a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Very convenient to have dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a reserved parking space. Needs more more lighting, especially in the living room and at the dining table. Street noise is quite loud due to the location and louvered windows, but it’s to be expected given the location. A/C is noisy. Had a few issues with the ongoing construction in the building, but was very satisfied with the quick response from property management to make things right. Very nice rooftop with 360 views and swimming pool, and plenty of seating and BBQ facilities. Overall, we had a really nice visit and would stay here again!

Noisy - Needs Repairs/Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ok size but in need of upgraded windows (slate glass does not mitigate street noise and howling wind sounds like a howling ghost) - need replacing with updated windows. Family room glass sliding door is one opening away from falling out of its tracks and crashing to pieces - needs to be replaced. Dryer vented onto counter, now venting behind dryer onto the floor - needs a lint capture receptacle. One washlet was broken and the other one did not work adequately. Wall A/C very loud - need quieter Split Air units. Nice digital lock for main door. TV in bedroom worked sometimes. Parking space was adequate but drive up to space (six levels) was daunting as people double parked in the floor transition space making turning very difficult - a lot of evidence of cars hitting the wall trying to make turn. Location along canal was extremely noisy due to non stop EMS vehicles and traffic. Nice view of Manoa Valley, Canal, and partial view of Diamond Head. Won't stay here again due to noise level.

The property manager had scheduled the repair of the sliding Lanai door. We did not find the washlets in need of repair. Parking is at a premium in Waikiki, and can seem more confined than what some guests are accustomed to on the mainland. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very enjoyable; location excellent and a very secure building. The suite was well equipped. The apartment is in need of paint and new bathtubs. The drawer in the stove needs repair; the deck furniture needs replacing. The dining chair cushions need cleaning or replacing. Drapes need cleaning. All in all the accommodation was good.

A very enjoyable holiday.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a really enjoyable stay. Lots of extras included for the beach etc. Well placed near some great places to eat and convenient for the trolley and buses. Great shopping nearby and at Ala Moana via the trolley. Awesome bargains at Waikele outlet shops to.It was great to be able do our laundry in the apartment. Everything you need to cook a great meal provided.

Beautiful clean condo in a great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean, up-to-date, and has everything needed to have a great vacation. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and tons of shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & tidy villa in good central location

Reviewer Comments: We found the complex to be secure in a great location within walking distance to central Waikiki 3 Adults stayed for this vacation the villa meet all our needs & is roomy & comfortable Our Only negative is traffic noise at night.

Pleasant comfortable and clean.

Enjoyed our 10 day stay. Close to all amenities including beach. Ironing board cover would be useful as well as Small stick vacuum cleaner . Traffic noise from ala wai boulevard intrudes. Overall apartment very comfortable.
