PET POLICY
We welcome well-trained, potty-trained dogs (preferably older than 2 years). Crate-trained pups are encouraged to prevent unsupervised damage while guests are away. Any pet-related damage will incur a minimum $350 fee. Additional non-refundable pet fee applies and is collected after booking.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A starter set of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Linens and bath towels are provided; please bring beach towels for outdoor use.


Exterior security cameras are located around the property: two on the front driveway, one in the backyard, one at the front gate, and one at the front door.
